Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and available shipping method.

Standard shipping rates and estimated delivery times:

• Poland: €4 — 1–2 business days
• European Union: €10–12 — 2–5 business days
• United Kingdom: €24 — 3–7 business days
• USA: €45 — 5–8 business days

Free shipping is available on orders over €100 within Europe. The discount is applied automatically at checkout when eligible.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been dispatched.

Order Processing & Production Time

Most ENKOS products are shipped directly from available stock.

If an item is not currently in stock, it will be manufactured and dispatched within 5–7 business days after payment has been received.

International Taxes & Duties

Orders are dispatched from Poland, European Union.

For orders delivered within the European Union, applicable VAT is handled at checkout.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom and USA, import VAT, customs duties, or other local charges may apply. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs requirements and charges vary by destination country.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Delivery

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.

Estimated delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

ENKOS is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
