Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and selected shipping method.
Standard shipping rates:

Poland: 4 EUR — 1–2 business days

European Union: 12 EUR — 2–5 business days

United Kingdom: 24 EUR — 3–7 business days

Order Processing & Production Time
Most ENKOS products are shipped directly from available stock.
If a product is temporarily out of stock, it will be manufactured and dispatched within 7–14 business days from the moment payment is received.
We continuously work to maintain product availability.

United Kingdom — Taxes & Duties
Orders shipped to the United Kingdom are dispatched from Poland and delivered DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
This means:

Any applicable charges must be paid by the customer upon delivery
